A great little place with well groomed trails. Dogs are allowed but a sign about keeping them leashed is posted. The land is surrounded by private land and homes. A maple sugar house is about 100' up the road from the trailhead. So stopping in for some maple syrup is possible during sugaring season.

For allowing dogs off leash, the Bristol Waterworks is another set of trails which is about 5-7 minutes away by car.

115 acres of conserved forest land privately owned by a group of area residents. Respectful public use welcomed. Foot traffic only, no motorized vehicles. Parking limited (on the road). Trail map is posted part way up the main access trail from the old logging landing. Entrance has a chain across it with a signpost labelled "LHCF"
